By car
From the Inntal highway A12 – Exit Zillertal/Wiesing, onto the B169 to Ried.  Once you have arrived in Ried, follow the signs “Gardenhotel Magdalena” until you reach us.
On motorways in Austria drivers have to use a road toll sticker, called a “Vignette”. These can be purchased at petrol stations or tobacconists for a period of ten days, two months or one year. In case of a police check, you might be subjected to high fines, if you do not have a sticker.  So please think ahead and buy a road toll sticker for your car.
Should you be planning your visit in winter, then please ensure your vehicle is suitable for driving in these conditions. Winter tyres are obligatory anyway, but in certain weather conditions snow chains might be prescribed on mountain roads as well. Please make enquiries about the right models for your car in advance.

By train
Take the ÖBB-train to the station in Jenbach, then on the Ziller Valley train or bus to Ried. We would be happy to collect you at the station in Jenbach if more convenient.  Train enquiry
